Election of 2 elected directors to the Board of AGPN

The contested ballot for the above offices closed at 10.00am (AEST) on Tuesday 6 September, 2011.

Ms Carolyn Campbell-Wood (Company Secretary) and Mrs Joy Thomas (Board Secretariat) from AGPN, were present for the count.

The Returning Officer for the Australian Electoral Commission, Mr Sonny Neoh formally declared the results at 11.40am.

Dr John Kastrissios and Dr Arnis Sprogis were declared as elected to the positions.
