Clinical Governance Framework

AGPN commissioned Quorus to produce a strategic level framework for Clinical Governance for the Network in response to anticipated requirements within the Invitation to Apply.  It is expected that this will require applicants to demonstrate their understanding of clinical governance within their applications. 

This framework has been built following the review of international best practice.  Whilst many divisions and general practice networks may have their own frameworks, this may provide a stimulus for discussion or review.

It is anticipated that supporting information, tools and templates will be produced as a second phase activity to support implementation activities.
