Population Health Profiles

The Medicare Local population health profiles were commissioned by AGPN as part of the National Transition Project. The profiles are an initial effort aimed at preparing Network members for the ITA submissions. The baseline profiles provide some available data sets mapped to the new geographic boundaries for Medicare Locals. The profiles will supplement local data and information that Network members already have. The profiles were produced by the Public Health Information Development Unit (PHIDU), University of Adelaide.  Health Atlas data has now been published by PHIDU on their website.

For enquiries about the data please contact John Glover, Public Health Information Development Unit (PHIDU), University of Adelaide at phone: (08) 8303 6237 or email: john.glover@adelaide.edu.au
