Service Providers

Service providers under this category include:

	Oppeus: offers AGPN members three specific services: Web-based Board effectiveness surveys Organisational transformation services to help Network Members make positive changes Web-based "WinningInsights" Organisational Performance Survey, a performance health check targeted at Boards and management.
	Governance Matters: offers AGPN members governance performance evaluations for the board as a whole; for the chairperson; or for individual Board members (self evaluation or peer evaluation). This offer is available only for not-for-profit Boards and material has been specifically adapted to the needs of Network Boards.  Two options are offered: With Option One, Governance Matters will make its board performance evaluation survey available to any Network Member for a once-off fee. With Option Two, a general practice network may choose to use Governance Matters to conduct the Board evaluation, for set fees.
	Divisions Digest: is a financial and business tool for Network Members
