Mind the Gap: a physical and mental health comorbidity education and training package

AGPN has a few remaining grants of $3,500 available to hold the Mind the Gap education and training workshops.
 
This two-hour package focuses on the relationship between physical and mental health co-morbidities. Participants who have already completed the training have found it useful, particularly the case studies and the opportunity to work with other health professionals and build a team approach.
 
AGPN is seeking new network member organisations to hold the training. However, Network Members who have been previously contracted are still eligible to apply if the funding may be used in a different way, targeting another audience or in an alternative location.

The completed form needs to be submitted to AGPN by 19 February 2010.
