Accredited Lifestyle Modification Program Name: Reset your life
Reset your life is an evidence-based healthy lifestyle program to prevent type 2 diabetes. It has been developed by the Australian General Practice Network and the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute.
The program is for people aged 40 to 49 years who are at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Seven group sessions are held over a period of 6-8 months with an 'intensive phase' of 4 months. The program is run as small group sessions with a maximum of 15 participants in each group.

Accredited Lifestyle Modificaition Program Name: Lighten Up
Lighten Up to a Healthy Lifestyle Program is an evidence-based selective preventative intervention developed by Queensland Health. It is a group-based program that encourages adults who are at risk of chronic disease to adopt a healthier lifestyle, prevent weight gain, or lose weight through sustainable behaviour change. Lighten Up assists participants to develop skills to set and achieve goals for long term health benefits. It does not focus on short-term results, but rather on strategies that enable people to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The program consists of seven workshops and 3 individual screening sessions, and is designed to be delivered by health professionals from a variety of backgrounds. The workshops are run over six months to comply with the National accreditation standards.
