National Network Immunisation Workshop



AGPN holds regular National Network Immunisation Workshops. This workshops form a fantastic opportunity for network staff and other professionals interested in immunisation (e.g. GPs, PH staff, state health staff) to get together and discuss the latest issues around immunisation in general practice.

Where?

The workshops are held in a different locations, often coinciding with other national events or conferences that are likely to be interesting or relevant to participants.

Networking dinners

Each workshop generally includes a networking dinner on the evening before to enable division staff to network with colleagues from across Australia and showcase resources and programs. Towards the end of the evening awards are given for outstanding efforts and achievements in a variety of areas.

The agenda

The NDIWs are organised to give all network immunisation officers and other providers the opportunity to hear from a variety of speakers from all over Australia as well as participate in discussions and exchange of ideas. They also provide delegates with an annual immunisation professional development opportunity.
