Mind the Gap - Expression of Interest
General Practice Networks / Medicare Locals are invited to forward an Expression of Interest (EOI) to deliver a six hour ALM Mind the Gap workshop.
The aim of the project is to improve the quality of care available to Australian veterans with comorbid mental and physical health conditions. The workshop will provide primary health care practitioners with the skills to identify, prevent and treat mental and physical health cormorbidities.
The first round of EOI submissions have been recieved with thanks and contracts sent.
EOI applications are being accepted until all funding has been allocated - successful organisations will be notified as soon as possible after application submission. Please send your application as soon as possible as workshops must be delivered prior to 31 March 2012.
